By downloading, installing, or using KV-2 PRO (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

KV-2 PRO is a mobile cybersecurity education application that provides:

• Video tutorials and daily educational content
• Penetration testing tools for educational use
• Security scanner and privacy protection utilities
• Community chat room and AI-assisted learning features
• User account system via Firebase Authentication

The App is provided free of charge and is distributed directly through kv2.icrakz.com as an APK download.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in any harmful or illegal activity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use KV-2 PRO solely for lawful, ethical, and educational purposes. You must not use the App or any of its tools to:

• Access, test, or scan any network, device, or system without explicit authorization from the owner
• Conduct any illegal hacking, unauthorized intrusion, or cybercrime activity
• Distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious software
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users via the chat room or any other feature
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the App without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, code, text, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Vallen Pradana and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App's content without prior written consent from the developer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

KV-2 PRO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Use of the App and its tools is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vallen Pradana and kv2.icrakz.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content in the App
• Any misuse of tools provided for educational purposes

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
