KV-2 PRO ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the KV-2 PRO mobile application (the "App") available at kv2.icrakz.com.

Account Information: When you register or log in through Firebase Authentication, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. This information is required to create and maintain your account.
Profile Data: Any profile information you voluntarily provide, such as a display name or username, is stored in our Firebase database.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics such as feature interactions, session duration, and crash reports to improve app performance and user experience.
Device Information: We may collect general device information including Android version, device model, and network type to ensure compatibility and optimize performance.
Chat Room Messages: Messages posted in the community Chat Room are stored and may be visible to other users. Do not share personally sensitive information in public chat rooms.

- To analyze and improve App performance and features

Third-Party Services
KV-2 PRO uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase: Used for authentication (Firebase Auth) and data storage (Firestore). Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob / AdSense: May be used to display advertisements within the App. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve relevant ads.

Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. User passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled securely via Firebase Authentication using industry-standard encryption.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use industry-accepted practices to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
