KV-2 PRO respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This page outlines our process for handling copyright infringement notices.
Copyright Compliance
KV-2 PRO ("we," "us," "our") takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws, we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
If you believe that content available through the KV-2 PRO application or kv2.icrakz.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the information described below.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown request, your written notice must include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed The specific URL or location within our App or website where the allegedly infringing content can be found
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Identification of the content that was removed and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where kv2.icrakz.com may be found)
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringement Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users who repeatedly upload or distribute infringing content will have their accounts permanently disabled.
